Dust bearing type characteristics

Among roller rolling bearings, the two-wheel type cannot bear force from above and can only be used in applications where force is applied downward; the three-wheel and four-wheel type can be used in applications where both downward and upward forces are present. The integral sliding dust bearing has a simple structure, is made of integral casting, and is suitable for various force-bearing applications.
• Dustproof design: Some dust bearings are equipped with soft dustproof fabrics on both sides of the integral bearing, and these fabrics are clamped by splints on the outer side, which can prevent or reduce dust from entering the bearing bore, thereby reducing wear and extending service life. • Installation and maintenance: The structural design adopted by dust bearings allows all components to be assembled and disassembled easily and quickly, making installation, maintenance and replacement very convenient. During maintenance, it is necessary to clean the dust bearing regularly to remove particles adhered to the surface. After cleaning, apply anti-rust grease on its surface immediately. At the same time, its weight, dimensions, rotation accuracy, etc. need to be checked. If they do not meet the standards, they must be replaced in time.
